We had a two night's stay at the Hilton Resort. We had a very pleasant stay. All the hotel staff were very cordial, friendly and helpful. We are especially thankful to Miss Piyali for her wonderful service and polite behaviour. Rooms, amenities, food everything was great. Thanks a lot.
Our quick getaway this trip back home was much needed, and the stay made it even more memorable. The service was excellent, beautiful and spacious rooms with good view. There was a good variety in cuisine for breakfast( South Indian, continental, English, Goan ). The only downside was that the infinity pool was under repairs. Given that it's off season, I'm guessing we chose the wrong time of the year. But, there were other pools which catered to our activity needs. The security also did a quick show around for the beautiful banquet space, my personal favourite was the grand ballroom and the terrazzo ( which could be used for a lovely evening drink reception events . Overall I'm glad we came here , thank you
Worst Experience with service in this hotel. Not even 1 star for their service. Had been there on 20th for wedding anniversary for an infant and informed them the same on email. I asked for a cake on 21st for which they said would take 4 hours of time. I followed up with them at 6pm and 10pm, they said cake is on the way to the room. I waited till 11.30pm and not even a call back from the front desk and no cake was sent. At the time of checkout, they said their hotel was fully booked and there is no chance of extension and so packed everything and asked for a luggage help , but guess what, it took them them 2 hours to send a boy to pick up the lugguage. Their service is really pathetic and they operate with very very less staff. Don't visit this hotel for any of your special occasions.
Great people. Great resort. Friendly staff who are always willing to aid whenever necessary. Room was immaculate. Food was very good. Nice facilities. Highly recommend to anyone. For the price, definitely worth it.
In my experience, Hilton Goa is a fantastic resort/place to spend some quality Goa vacation. They provide excellent customer service and facilities to their guests. The rooms, corridors are quite spacious. Needless to say, the food is excellent too, they have vide variety of dishes. However, there is one thing to watch for, the room I stayed, was on the second floor and did not have any lift/elevator service, and mind that it's a nice big resort. Elderly people will find it difficult, if they have issues climbing stairs.
We had a great stay in Hilton for 3days.. Great buffet, awesome variety of food... kids Room is another best thing about this resort, they have all Age appropriate toys books, activities. Sunita & her couligue was very supportive. Rooms, overall premises, parking facility, everything 10/10... we will definitely revisit in future... strongly recommending Hilton Candolim to friends & family.
