Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum - Hotel in Thiruvananthapuram - Thiruvananthapuram, India

We stayed as a family with a 1 year old child. Rooms were great, spacious, clean and hygienic. In room dining was delicious. They also had a kids menu which our 1 year old was able to eat well. Breakfast spread was great. When we accidentally soiled our blanket, room service changed this within 2-3 minutes, which was a delightful response time. Overall great stay and will definitely consider staying again if we visit Trivandrum.

It was a business trip and a single night stay. The place is close to the railway station, a ten minute ride. Reached by 10:30 pm. Check in took about 15 minutes. The dining area was about to close at 11 pm but they were kind enough to allow us in to have a bite. The Breakfast and dinner spread was reasonable for a business trip but may be found lacking if you are on a leisure trip. The rooms were clean, beds non-saggy. There was no outside view from the room I was allotted as there was a wall erected outside the glass panel window, but it didn't matter much as it was late at night. Overall a hassle-free experience as a business traveler. Not sure if this would be a destination for a holiday stay.

Overall good and value for money. Breakfast is very good. Food is bit overpriced. I think the location should have been bit more open area. We experienced bit difficulty in locating the hotel. However I would like to stay again if I come to Trivandrum.

Stay was decent, but the food could use improvement. Staff was good, though lift access was a bit problematic. one gentleman with a shaved head in the restaurant/pub who provided exceptional service. Additionally, all the other staff members in the restaurant were excellent as well. Kudos to the entire team!

This is a review I really want to write for some time. We dined in the restaurant a couple of times and the hospitality we received everytime made us awestruck. We really enjoyed the custom cheese splashed pizzas and the lavish deserts. My little kid ran around and made some damage there and We were ready to pay for it. To our surprise, the restaurant manager decided to waive of his charge. This single incident keep us visiting there everytime and to recommend to many more potential food lovers.

I read some positive reviews about Hilton's Garden Inn online and didn't do my due diligence. The hotel clearly lacks the richness, quality, and facilities of other Hilton properties. Food was a big disappointment, interior design/ wardrobe has major flaws, location/ parking is another setback, especially during rush hours. All that being said, the staffs went way out of their way to make sure you had a great experience. They were extremely helpful and attentive, and they were always willing to go the extra mile. This is a rare combination, and it's something that should be appreciated. It's clear that they take their job seriously and that they are passionate about providing excellent service. They are a credit to their company, and they make a big difference in the overall experience of staying at 'Hilton' Garden Inn.

Infrastructure nowhere near to what Hilton has Internationally. Pretty cold reception while checkin. Made to stand for half an hour without offering any help and arguments. View - not from whichever rooms we checked. Excellent and prompt room services. Delicious and wide variety breakfast with extremely courteous staff making and serving !

We went there yesterday to try out the Sunday brunch. It was a really good experience. The spread was amazing.The taste and presentation was really commendable. We tried many continental and East Asian cusines which are often rarely available in trivandrum. The service was really good. Each of the service personnel we met were so pleasant and made sure that we were properly cared for. Worth the money we spent. Will surely try it again.
