You can experience Greece in Pune! Staff was courteous from the get go. Staff took our pictures & also helped us to take photos on our Mobiles. Ambiance is good & there is Valet parking available. Food is good, though slightly pricey. But the quality of food is good. Will have live music we visited on Saturday and quite good. But best time to visit this restaurant at evening time between 5 to 7:30. You can enjoy the sunset view from the top of the Hilton. Best place for couples

Convenient location just off the expressway. If you have business in Hinjewadi area this hotel is a perfect option for you. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Avoid staying on higher floors since they have a nightclub on the top floor and the sound carries down.

Had gone to Santorini by Hilton for a company party. The setup is good. The one thing that made the environment lively was the live band. Their song choices were great. Food was good. One thing that I didn't like was the valet arrangements. They took quite a while to get my car. They should rather let the customer park his own car.

Uncleaned cups, kettle was not working, called the service room and they replaced the kettle and even this had problems. Card key to room was locked and I had to call reception to get the key activated. Shame to the global Hilton brand

Definitely not a 5 or 4 star hotel. No room service after 11:30 pm Staff has no coordination among themselves. Everyone is confused. Food is ok. Location is okayish. The biggest factor to not to choose this property is its expensive compared to the size of rooms they offer. Getting Vivanta in same price.

One of the worst stays I have ever stayed in. We had a one night stay and had a marriage to attend. Gave the car in valet and AC stopped working and it had a gas leak. On top of that the manager there is questioning back to us that we can show you CCTV who drove the car but when it was parked the whole night and the day from 1pm to 6pm we don't know about it. Very rude manager overall pathetic. Please choose any Oyo than booking this property. I had to drive back to from Pune to Mumbai in afternoon without AC because when asked about mechanic they said we will get back to you and never even called back to inform that "we don't know about any mechanic" Room cleaning guy & lady were about to open the door by their master key because I took long to open the door just to ask "Room clean karna hai kya" if I have a one night stay and it's already my check out time why will I get my room cleaned? BASIC HOTEL MANAGEMENT STUDY. Never ever book THIS PROPERTY. Book an OYO if you don't want to waste your hard earned money.

The hotel was actually worth a 5star ratings. The staffs are very polite and well trained. Amar and Sunny are very customer friendly. The house keeping staff are always there to listen to your need and try to cater them ASAP. The bed quality is upto the mark with clean and soft mattress. So long stay and sleeping on those beds will not give you back pain. They have hair dryers, iron board and iron in each room. You can bring outside food until and unless you are spoiling the rooms. The restaurant where they serve breakfast is very hygienic clean and well maintained. They have a huge spead of food. The staff is always reaching out to us to ask if we need to order something specific. I had stayed there for almost 9 days and had no complaints. Loved the stay. Although construction work is going on in the front of the hotel, I didn't have any noise issue or any problems related to that. The rooms are quite sound proof. The security guard always had a smile on his face if you cross him by walking. The swimming pool on the roof top and the restaurant there is a highlight. Loved to stand by the poolside and enjoy the location. Had dinner in the roof top restaurant with live music and even enjoyed the night club. If you are planning to stay at Hinjewadi please stay here as the budget of the rooms will not create a hole in the pocket like other 5stars.

I had dinner at their asian restaurant Xion. Soups were very good. Sushi was horrible, hard stale rice with chewy chicken tempura. Pork bao could have been good but was very salty. Pan fried noodles were quite good- they made us a special white garlic sauce. First experience wasnt the best but may give it one more try if i am in the area.
