Location: close to the city center, with shipping, sightseeing, restaurant and bar near by close to public transport.

Carpets in the room were dirty. Not cleaned properly. Food was absolutely tasteless. Simple thing like omlet was dry and tasteless. Focasia bread was a joke. Dosa, sambar etc..all too tasteless

1. Needed GST INVOICE bill in favor of my company. They didn't provide it as required. 2. Also adjacent to hotel was full fledged construction going on. 3. Reason was given third party booking gst invoice is by the vendor. 4. Rest assured hotel has all the best amenities and facilities. 5. Excellent breakfast.

Very good hotel to stay for Business Stay. Clean Neat Rooms. Super spread of Yummy Breakfast Service by support staff is prompt Good safety. Well connected to Lucknow city 30 mins to Airport

The staff at the front desk was not able to handle crowd during checkin as it was a long weekend. It wasn't even a crowd, just 4 families. The staff was also getting agitated when asked about the room status instead of talking politely, this is not something we expect from a hotel like Hilton. The AC in the room was not working properly and we had to change rooms just because the hotel did not properly check all the amenities before allotting the room to us. The only good thing was it's breakfast spread. Expected more from a hotel chain like Hilton. Disappointed.

The room size or washroom size does not matter to a guest if the service is pathetic. This is normal that Hilton will have a good room. For last 20 mins I am calling Housekeeping / Front Desk / Duty Manager / Guest service Hotline for a Tea Bag . It is ridiculous. Service is the essence of any good property. Spacious rooms/ washrooms anyone can built if fund is there . But to offer good service , you need to have will & professionalism.

Room was spacious and bed linens towels etc were clean. The room and corridor carpet was smelly and looked unclean too. They had a system where the outside indicator of do not disturb sign was indicated when the inside switch was in the off position. Hence to was not getting cleaned and tea coffee toiletries were not replaced. The staff in general was courteous and polite. The location is right in the heart of the posh Gomyo nagar area .The breakfast had amazing range of choices. The team in the breakfast restaurant was very active and courteous. Overall a good hotel but definitely doesn't do justice to the brand Hilton .

Highly pathetic services of the hotel specially the duty manager Mr. Akshat at the reception doesn't know how to talk to the guest and i was treated very arrogantly by him Highly disappointed with this kind of behaviour from him Will never recommend hilton lucknow to anybody.
