The place needs cleaning after every show. The worst part was I left my chewing tobacco in the checkin and when I went to pickup it was no more there. This is a robbery from the management. If you can't keep the customers belonging safely, kindly don't tell us to surrender our stuffs

Screen should be brighter and AC is pathetic and so is the food service. The food vendor is extremely greedy and arrogant who will not serve the big pop corn pack in the first half and now she won't sell the big pop corn pack at all. Only saving grace is the cheap price of tickets and wide screen.

The owner either fogotten he own a cinema hall or is dead because no upgradation or maintenance since it has open.

Keeping aside all the unhygienic and bad management sector, i was so disappointed with the person in glass at the cash counter . I had never ever encounter such a unethical and mannerless (cash collector), the way he present himself to the customer is something unprecedented . He seriously need to learn PR or else if he continue with his classless attitude any untoward incident might occurred in future ,i request the management team to kindly highlights it out at the earliest.

This theatre is exceptional if we were to compare it with other theatres which are found within the state. It is indeed a good place to experience theatre though it is just 2D.

Good place to watch the latest movies. Only thing I would like to suggest is for them to clean the seats time to time because there are stains all over the seats and the screen is a bit dim according to me. Also, the gold seats are old now. The sponge are all worn out and it's not comfortable to sit. They need to change them.

Dirty and Filthy Cinema hall. Poor maintenance with trash bags just lying about in the hallways and seats covered with Popcorn and leftovers every time I come here.

Honestly.Seats are horrible. Poor maintenance, zero cleanliness, Food options zero with exorbitant charges. (In cities the Food charges are double in cinemas we understand because of the taxes they have to pay but the quality and choices are also good, why compare nonsensically and charge so much here with that kind of service?). Platinum recycling seats are mostly broken and dirty, same with gold seats. The ticket prices are not worth it! We go to movies to enjoy with families and kids but most of the time we end up trying to keep ourselves comfortable in those pathetic seats, trying not to get bitten by mosquitoes and other bugs that we end up not enjoying the show . The management should seriously upgrade the seats and overall maintenance. There Is only 2 cinema halls in dimapur so whenever there is a New release we end up here if the other is sold out. Otherwise this is the least choice and wouldn't recommend at all. I will not go here again unless I hear they have upgraded. Period.
