Situated Near Shahid Smarak Park, HCC is one of the few options for fine dining in Dungarpur. Have been here for many times and have tried many items from menu, so here's my take -
Ambience is comfortable and classy.
Service is good, waiters are attentive and almost always listen to your preferences.
Food in quality is quite good and better than many restaurants in dpr.
The party hall available here is too amazing, reasonably priced and services are quite good.
But the only thing I didn't like much is that there's lack of consistency in taste of food, one day you get a dish with rich taste but you go again later and find the same dish with a different taste.
(So pro tip is go with safe common food options, than trying out something too unique)
And parking is another problem you may face, specially on weekends or busier days.
Other than these, HCC is a place to keep on your list for family/friends dinner outing.
Food is good, can be improved on cook side.

Best place for party, entertainment, enjoyment with family, friends and etc. in dungupur. It's the best hotel and best hospitality and best quality of food. They serve all customers.
Amaazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great waitress is always so friendly and kind. The food it's so testy and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food. The menus options are an excellent value. The dining experience overall is very pleasant. I highly recommend this Hills city cafe & restaurant.
Ambiance and location is good.I ordered sizzler and paneer tikka but quantity was very less.Sizzler had fried rice, noodles and Manchurian only. There were no paneer ,french fries ,veggies it.There is a need to increase the quantity and variety.
Its very beautiful place its survice and all arrangements are so good there is nice area they made to take photos all things of hcc is excellent and its food is soo good
