No parking space. Very bad behaviour of staffs. No room service available. Rooms are expensive with their services and facilities.
Hotel Hillfort is located near to KSRTC bus stand and easily accessible. This is an old building with 4 floors with no lift! They have a lift next to reception but it is not working. Rooms are of good size but it is not clean, toilets are not hygienic, they even don't have waste bin in room. Bed linen was dirty and this place is full of mosquitoes and I couldn't even sleep because of that. They took Rs 1500 for one night, which is very much on higher side. This room shouldn't have cost more than Rs 750. Only thing positive about this place is staff was very friendly. Totaly it was bad experience staying with Hotel Hillfort.
The amenities are poor. There is no food service being Ramzan month. The room is not dust free and neet. Drinking water is not available here. There is no other hotel in vicinity. There is no connection to the TV available. The old lift available is not user friendly. In toto, I am not satisfied. Please instruct the hotel management to note the remarks of the customers.
Clean, hygienic rooms, but no cafe or restaurant. To make things worse, the reception desk guy is supremely disinterested in making sure guests have a comfortable time at the hotel. Also, we asked for blankets and got bedsheets, with the manager saying that all blankets had gone to the laundry. Preparedness is not Hil Fort's forte.
AC Rooms 1600 Rs not Cleaned and unhygienic bed sheet and pillow covers dirty, need to improve your services in covid 19 situations. Worst experience.
Small time hotel in Malappuram town. Located at walkable distance from Malappuram KSRTC bus stand. Rooms are small but good and have proper facilities. Bathroom has hot water. The air conditioners work fine. Considering the size of room and all the amount being charged for a room seems a bit expensive.
No proper facilities,tv ,ac ,phone there but not working,even for a single water bottle. One has to get his own,no soap or bath towel.need to update them to keep
The hotel rates were all good but the maintenance can improve and also the hotel didn't have a restaurant which could have been much helpful.

Very beautiful surroundings. Very easy to reach . Good management system.. Humble and polite interaction of staffs.. Nice clean and hygiene rooms.. Good parking space.. Clean and good taste food..
Great Experience... Neat and Clean Rooms, Good Service, Staffs are very friendly.. They have taken care of me very well when I was down with some Health issue. Provided food, Medical Assistance etc.. Recommended for everyone.
