Rooms : We booked a deluxe non-ac room and to our surprise they gave two single beds instead of a queen size bed, which was really bad if you are couple. The rooms were normal, with minimal switch boards and was little old styled and doesnt justify the price of the rooms.
Food : Restaurant was there and was having wide variety of food menus and has decent taste.
Service : No problem with the service, they were really good and fast whatever we requested.
Location : Excellent location, closer to the city bus stand but lacks mountain views.
Location is good near the main market. Nothing as resort. Complimentary breakfast is okaish. Service no so good . No one in the reception and no landline in the room.
The wedding venue has greatly improved over recent times when it comes to overall management and food. Kudos to the manager Suda Das! Keep it up!
Rooms are very spacious with a big balcony. Service was very prompt especially Sushant was very helpful at the hotel. It's on the main road so easily accessible. The market is 2 km from this hotel. Parking is huge. The only thing is they don't have a swimming pool. Rest all is wonderful.
Good decent place to stay with family when you all have to roam and have fun in madikeri. Rooms are Very clean and well maintained with a good view gallery and balcony. The only problem we had was the door handle and latch it was old style and gets stuck easily. They need to repair the doors rest everything is cool. Staffs are friendly.
Great location. Rooms with balcony facing the valley are great, other rooms are okay. Food options are good but could have been better. Friendly staff. Especially the front desk is very helpful
It's very good hotel. Beautiful nature seeing from this place. Service is very good.
Rooms - Room is big and spacious. Worth the money. Toilets were neat.
Located very close to all tourist spots and easily accessible.
Cons - They can have non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms separately, because we didn't like the smell of the room.
Breakfast they start only post 8.30am, they can start it early as people would be wanting to leave early for sightseeing.
Taste of food could be better.
