Stayed for 2 nights. Peaceful location. Hotel crew was amazing, food was delicious. Must recommend to visit their cafe for a good pizza. Special thanks to Mr. Mark(Front office manager) for their efforts for our comfortable stay

Encountered one of the most worst experience staying at this place. The staff on duty was really rude , and was dictating terms to be quite in our rooms even when we were just having some fun time with family at night with no such loud music going on. Staying at such a renowned brand like DLS , got us taken aback with the kind of uncivil behaviour by the staff on duty claiming to be the owner of the place at 3 am in night .Instead of being more hospitable with their tone, the kind of behaviour portrayed by him is intolerable and not acceptable on any grounds.

Our experience in shimla was dreamy with the city wrapped in clouds. Our stay in the hotel was quite comforting and the staff was eager to fulfill our demands. Other than that they had a makeshift park with tame animals to pet. They could stand to improve on the condition of their indoor games.

Five star for the services and food. Hill Crest is one of the best places to stay in Shimla. The view from the room is mesmerizing. They offer luxury at affordable price. Mr Sunny was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Staff is very nice, food was delicious. On my request to celebrate a birthday surprise Mark from Reception helped to initiate it nicely. The location is quite far from Mall road but overall a good experience.

I have stayed for a day here at Hilcrest which is located beautifully in Mashobra hills. If you want to stay to get peace of mind you can hop on this place which is located away from Shimla city. Room was clean and well maintained. Here coffee house serves delicious pizza, a must try. Will plan for my next visit soon here.

Amazing experience, courteous staff and rooms were small but very hygienic. Excellent for family vacation as well. Overall great experience!! Must visit.

An amazing experience at this place. Mesmerizing view from room...very polite and well mannered staff. Clean rooms with great service. The food was yummy. Overall experience was fantastic and I would love going to this place again and again. Just one suggestion, the rooms have grills on the window which hinders the view a little bit...it would be perfect if they are replaced with only glass windows.
