The hospital charges way more money and the treatment process is also slow. Even the things bought by us were taken over by the hospital. Moreover there is an absolute unavailability of the concerned doctors for concerned patients.

Doctor's team here consists of pretty good doctors as per the medical standard of West Bengal and Asansol. But to be honest the administration and the management of this hospital focuses only in money making and have made this hospital a place of selling and marketing Products and medicines of companies who are paying them money. Also they have asked the doctor's to make sure only those medicines or medical products are sold. Totally Inhumane and the receptionist are too arrogant, their behaviour will blood boil and you will feel like slapping those idiots

It's been year I went through ankle surgery and still suffering frm pain can't turn my ankle . Almost 6 times I visited over there and doctor be like everything is ok according to x-ray . If I can't recover within one more year I will hang my self by name of hill view hospital. I belong frm hotel industry work as burtender in n8 club or pubs where u have to stand & work till 12 hour . After this I don't know anything can't settle my brain and mind to do something else .

Bad experience .. Staffs are unskilled... Hospital administration focused on looting money... Give used remaining saline to patients in OT... Avoding to provide proper medical bill..unskilled staff

Administration and management team is extremely irresponsible and reluctant. Concerned only about making money. Harasses patient's family members.

The only star goes to the doctor who attended my daughter-in-law on a delivery case. I had a scary and horrible experience with this Nursing home. On 24/9/21, my daughter-in-law admitted in this nursing home as per advise of the caretaker doctor without any endeavour to make a normal delivery. After delivered the baby one of a male nursing staff came to us and inform that a baby boy has born. We are all delighted and cheerful and sent the news to all of our relatives. After some moments the called my son for complete the formalities and when he ask for signing the paper, my son saw there mentioned a baby girl's birth. My son point out the matter and told him that your staff gave information about a male baby, the doctor was very stunned and apologized to me for misinformation that baby is a girl. The nursing home authority even not taken any action against this incident. This arises many issues in our mind of malpractices. It is not end the matter.After that they allotted a unhygienic small cabin to the baby and mother where there no restriction of people entry, all staffs, outsiders are entering with shoes, no one had on duty to object the entries. After two day they released them after making a huge bill included many things which were not used at all. So please don't go to this nursing home. There was no minimum hygiene,discipline and post operative restriction, prevention and cautious and money charges.

Best hospital in Asansol for good services in affordable price. Doctor's and staff's behaviour is good and friendly.
