Attention a cette endroit, je suis reste quelques jours il y a quelques semaines, le proprietaire etait tres accueillant et tres gentil, inspirant confiance. J'etais a la base interesse pour m'acheter du the et des epices a Jodhpur. Une femme, que j'ai vu souvent a l'hotel, elle aussi tres sympathique, qui discutee avec le manager de l'hotel a ce moment la ( ils sont parfaitement amis ) me dit d'aller dans la boutique d'un monsieur se trouvant egalement a l'entree de l'hotel. Tout ceci se passe alors que je suis sur la terrasse de l'hotel, sous les yeux du proprietaire, bref, je fais confiance. Sans le savoir je part vers une grosse arnaque, le monsieur m'emmene dans une boutique qui ne lui appartient pas, me donnant des prix tres eleves pour toucher sa commission, tout ca avec la complicite de cette femme et du proprietaire de l'hotel. Donc comme partout dans le pays mefiez vous, cette mafia de l'arnaque viens vous prendre alors meme que vous etes encore dans votre hotel, et ceci avec la complicite de l'hotel. Bref, evitez cette endroit.
A lovely and wonderful place run by wonderful people. The rooms were decent but the view and the peaceful night at the rooftop restaurant was very mesmerising. They even helped me by arranging a guide named Kishore who helped me with the heritage walk and visiting all the local offbeat places in the lanes of the old blue city. Now coming to my personal favourite the food was really worthwhile and tasty. This place is located exactly at the foot of the Mehrangarh fort.
Great place on the edge of the city so you have views of everything. You're 5 minutes away from then fort too. Guesthouse is 2 buildings and the views are magnificent.
We stayed for 3 nights in the last floor with a huge balcony ! The staff is so nice and accomodating. Best prices in old town.

Incredible place to stay in Jodhpur! Wonderful location, just at the foot of the Mehrangarh Fort. They have a great rooftop restaurant with a wonderufl view! Saffron, the owner, is a lovely lady, and we had a very nice chat. Her whole family is lovely and very helpful! Would definitely reccommend Hill View Guest House to everyone =)
