Hill View Cafe and Stay is an absolutely lovely place to spend your weekend. Mannish family provides not only a stay and food, but an amazingly warm welcome, treating you with attention and care. We stayed here for 3 days, here is what we did: - enjoyed stunning mountain views, - went up to the viewpoint, - had delicious freshly cooked local meals 3 times a day, - watched a campfire And we are absolutely happy with the stay. The coziest place in Kerala.

This was amazing in the evening sunset and morning. 2-3 PPL can stay here, mostly bachelor's can enjoy. I'm not sure how the food, better you take 1km down for restaurants. From this location you can reach top point in 1kms. Stay has a bathroom and at night campfire they do. No air conditioner, only cooler and table fan. I don't think any safety issues in this place, but may differ upon circumstances and own risk. Backside you have tea shop and small shop.

An exhilarating hill view, friendly and hospitable host, yummy home cooked food. The campfire at night and BBQ deserve a special mention The place offers a nature lovers experience at good prices.

Thekkady it is the best place for enjoying and staying with chill and windy spot. The modern tent is amazing design for sleeping and specious for three people easily. BBQ was super they made chicken and fish was super with home taste. I'm suggesting this place for day out and overnight stay in thekkady who all travelling . Maneesh and Ambily all the very best service in this hospitality, keep it up cheers.

It is really a nice experience to relax and have fun. You will get food and campfire when you pre-book it. Good ambience and good atmosphere, you have a nice hill view. You will get a minimal space for parking.

If you are in Thekkady/Kumily area and are on the lookout for a restaurant that serves lip smacking home made food with a great view and ambience, then Hill View Cafe Thekkady is your choice. Run by a family who treat you like one of their own, we enjoyed their hospitality to the core. They prepared a mouth watering Sadhya per our request for lunch and served it as though we were their long lost guests and not customers. Genuine and soft spoken, I truly wish and hope they grow big. Totally recommend them for food, hospitality and view.

This place is on the way to Ottakathalamedu View Point. The food is affordable and really tasty. A must place to hangout.

Campfire is best. Very good ambience at night. Morning view from tent is superb.
