The best thing about the place is the medical/operative treatment given by the doctors here ..I got my treatment from Dr AK Gupta and my patient had a very swift recovery .Dr Gupta is kind enough to even give advices on call whenever required post treatment.. The only con is that a few staff members can be more friendly but that is overshadowed by the doctors unparalleled service and cost of treatment
The doctors are good. I visited Ortho Dr.Sankalp Kumar. He treated me well. The hospital is good for treatment of stones . But the workers here unprofessional.

Please read my review it will really help you... It is very very commercial clinic ... my dad was to be operated for gall stones and the administration gave me the package of Rs 53000 for AC room where as the notice board showed Rs 49000 ..the administration had their own reasons..but at end I had to spend around Rs 15000 extra ....they charge you for everything so much so you have to pay extra to collect the stone taken out from the gall bladder...the staff specially the masis will continously harass for money every day that comes upto Rs 300 per day ....you have to pay even to remove your stitches after operation....think about it you can undergo treatment in better hospitals with the same amount ...and ofcourse the cabins are way below the standard ...please think twice before you land up in this clinic ...I wish I could have given zero star for this so called clinic ...
Pathetic and Horrible staffs and worst treatment to patients. They act as if we are getting free treatment.We will not recommend this nursing home to anyone ever. Patients are treated very poorly. It's a shame. The owner of this nursing home should be embarrassed. We came here because of the doctor. Rest all PATHETIC!!

My brother received treatment for Gall Bladder stone in the month of March 2023. Thanks to Dr. A. K. Gupta & Hill Point Clinic he's healthy now. Cons - There is a lack of seriousness in every staff & they don't look professional. They have a very casual approach to everything which will raise heavy doubts in mind of peron coming for treatment. Hospital loose huge points due to this. Lastly the Maasi's of that Hospital have different story going on. As per them they are not given salary by the hospital and they are meant to receive 150 per shift per day by each patient, so in total you will have to give away 300 per day( night shift + day shift). Even the reception folks said that you have to give their charges. My request is Hospital Person in charge or whoever is reading this should look into the matter. I've been to 2 other hospitals in Siliguri but never heard about this way of extortion. Pros - trust the doctor your concerned person will be treated very well .
