Hill Fort-Kesroli - 14th Century, Alwar - Hotel in Kesroli - Alwar, India

The property is really nicely maintained. The property looks beautiful. They have cultural performances on the weekends and the staff is courteous and helpful. The room where we were staying had seepage of water. The food was not all nice. Paying over 1400 per person without gst for that kind of food was merely a waste of money. They have complementary bicycle facilities but i would recommend not to use it since the villagers stare at ladies and pass comments. Also, there is nothing around the property so one day to chill in the hotel is good enough.

A wonderful, quaint resort with an old Haveli type ambience and feel in the rooms and the entire place. Warm and hospitable staff, great food and the facilities at the resort made the vacation a memorable one. The highlights of the stay was a folk performance on one of the nights, a Yoga session by a competent Instructor, sumptuous breakfast and high tea...and quaint, fantastic little nooks scattered around the place that made the whole stay a delightful one.

Magnificent hotel, in a ancient renovated fort. We stayed there 2 nights, enjoyed the magnificent scenery and the excellent buffets served at breakfast, lunch, teatime and dinner. All members of staff were extremely kind and caring, they even offered a birthday cake when they saw the date matching on the passport. The interior design is itself a piece of art, the textiles, the floor tiles, the furniture, every item has been thought and chosen with exquisite taste. Needless to say, the hotel rooms are extremely clean and well-maintained. I strongly recommend this place !

Amazing experience for leisure . Away from crowd and located in a village. Well maintained heritage property with royal touch. Food needs to improved . I got upset with the stale chocolate mousse which had unpleasant taste . Ambience is good especially at sunset .

Trust me if there was an option for negative marks, I wouldn't think twice before rating it -100! Don't get me wrong, probably Neemrana hotels (the main one) is good, but I can't comment on it because I haven't visited there. But Hill Fort Kesroli, omg it felt like a scam. Just because its under the Neemrana hotels, the prices are exhoribitantly high, which you would probably have an idea about and also would accept it. Only if the services provided justify the prices that are charged! We paid a total of 27000 rupees for 1 night that included a room for 3, dinner, lunch and high tea. Knowing it is a luxury hotel, you kind of know its going to be pricey. But the rooms! In the name of Neemrana and "heritage " the rooms which they refer to as "Mahal" are far from one!! It's depressing! Rooms need some serious serious renovation! Cupboard tilting to one side that could fall any minute! I have never been to a hotel which I despised so much that I didn't even see the point of taking a single photo! Secondly no coordination between main Neemrana and this one! Our booking didn't show on their records, our payment didn't show on their records! Scam! They took forever to check us in and out! 40 mins each time! In this time and era, this is a joke!! Guests' time are not valued! On top of it, we went for a friend's bday celebration which we informed at the time of booking and it was them who offered a complimentary cake during dinner. We didn't ask for it. So when they said they would provide it, we didn't arrange it from our end. Dinner went, passed midnight we kept waiting for that so called complimentary cake until 1 AM!! Nothing! Incompetent and a disgrace! Lastly, don't get me started on service. Slower than a tortoise, I don't know how are they operating. A drink doesn't arrive 30-35 mins after order. Then they say key for the bar is not there! You decide how unprofessional it is! Then when asked to deliver the glasses to the room, they say please carry it in your hands, we will directly go to deliver the cake in your room! Which, yeah you know, didn't arrive either! Very very disgraceful! Worst I have ever experienced in all my stays and travels around the world. And for the price we paid!!

It's a beautiful property, just situated 2 hours from Gurgaon. It's quite well maintained. The service and the staff are really good. Vipul ji really touched our hearts with his warm and friendly nature. The rooms are just about okay. They are basically very small. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

It was an amazing one night stay. We really enjoyed a lot. Special thanks to manager Vipul Rawal for being a great host. Food was good. My daughter loved the swimming pool. View from the room was spectacular.

Very Nice peaceful place to stay. Main attraction of the fort is pool. There is not much for other activities to do. I was expecting cycling within the property but that was not the case. You can go to village cycling so didn't try that, so no experience. Staff was amazing, HIGH TEA was superb, Everyday. FOOD, Took buffet for both Breakfast and dinner, it was good decision. Food quality was Good, Taste was good.
