Worst service ever by the management, I ordered chicken biryani from swiggy and the delivery partner brought several packets, I was confused as I ordered only one item. I called the restaurant to check with my order after the delivery partner reached. The restaurant people spoke very rudely stating at first the delivery partner didn't come at all,later said that we didn't give the order,we just told him to take the order and he took some other packet. Full of lies, when I asked how they could be so irresponsible he shouted at me and spoke rudely. Never ever gonna order from this restaurant.
Today I have taken parcel of butter nan, dal fry and egg fried rice. I believe management n chiefs changed. By seeing the items packed and confirmed after tasting. Daal fry added with some leaves, not much tasty like before, in egg fried rice egg was not completely scrambled seen prices like omelette. Fried rice no comments. And daal fry was pasted with zomato tape., wonder pushed a cancelled order or what... Meanwhile i went to wash room found flushes got leakages leaves you embraced while you are on job. And also found no one customer in regular section in prime time. Something they has to do., even I noticed sign board not glowing. Miss you highway44.
Rats are running on the sealing and making noises in their restaurant; I can't sit and eat over there.
Nice restaurant. In this area this is the best choice to eat. We can find all biryanies here and better maintenance. We can visit with family or friends. Especially i found mutton biryany taste was good.
Food is okay. Everything on menu is not available. No Juices, no desserts. Staff seems friendly. They have a separate section for family. Good spot to hangout before heading for long journey.
