If I could I would give this hospital zero star. There is sever lack of management. Hospital administration don't know when the doctor will be free for patients examination. They keep saying doctor is in OT. They don't even clarify on the telephone consultation or face-face visit when asked what will be the timing for patients consultation. They say something and when you show up they say either that's not the time for the doctor consultation or they will say you have to wait for the doctor as he (the doctor) is in OT. I guess they think patients are stupid and would wait as long as they make them, they think patients don't have to daily chores. The least hospital administration could do is to tell the patients what time doctor will be free for examination. Patients visit their hospital not for fun they are in pain and the least thing they could do is to give them proper appointment timing. They don't back down charging patients tons and tons of money. All I could say have some decency to acknowledge patient pain and stress and give them some proper appointment timing. Atleast people who are going to visit this hospital make pretty sure about the doctor schedule before coming with the patients. I am saying all that with my personal experience I was so agitated by the whole experience.

It is money loot hospital They have very low success rate Avoid this hospital, Hospitality is worst. Behavior is not good of stafs. My mother had a spine surgery their, And now she is not able to walk properly. They didn't operate well Try to go for delhi lucknow or south.

There is a worst experience with me. My name is vidyawati devi. My husband name is Bashisht chaubey. My husband visited this hospital for his knee problem Treatment. Dr. A. K rai suggested him to knee transplant just because of made money. The package is 4.5 lakhs of knee transplant as per Dr in highway hospital. Overall next day my husband was unable to move his legs because of medication. Dr. gave that type of madicine that his legs portion stop working. There was no option around us so he was ready to operate. As per Dr he operate successfully but the medicine was so hard and it made multipule organ failure like AKI ,SEPTICAEMIA ,STOCK , . Finally we lost him after 20 days of operation due to cardiac arrest . There is no facility in emergency situation. IF you had lots of money and no value of person than you can visit this hospital . Otherwise you should have to choose another option . Very bad hospital and money minded Doctors . Medicine department has very less knowledge.

Very nice facility good behavior staff and Docterin this hospital

Doctor fees 700 INR Experienced doctor with calm nature...not a money minded doctor like others,pathalogy,X ray available here. Only problem is high waiting time. Appointment starts at 9 am. Doctor visit starts nearly 11 am. However you need to by present by 10 am.
