I want to thank you all for the excellent job you've done on my new office. You have all been very professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Communication has been very prompt, organization has been excellent and you got the job done on time despite the delayed start imposed by the town. You have all made what could have been an extremely stressful process significantly less so. I very much appreciate your efforts and look forward to putting my new office to work as we open to patients today. Thank you all very much!

The provided room was not well equipped and maintained. #AC Water leaked and wet our Bags and clothes.... #No supplementary water bottles provided unless we demand #TV was not working..... When we asked .... They installed set up box but channels package was not done #Bathroom cleaning was very horrible Overall this hotel should not be suggested from your platform as staffs/ reception are not cooperating and customer friendly I am completely dissatisfied with such suggestions of hotel on goibibo..... rating is horrible

only location is plus, worst experience, rooms are not maintained properly, washroom is good though, mosquitoes present, entrance of the building feels like entering a dark rooms, no proper ventilation, highly priced for the rooms they offer, and not even one water bottle was not offered as complimentary by charging 1500

Guy in the reception feels like he is owner of the hotel He restricts everything . Other than that if that guy is removed the hotel is great

Services are good. Room has minor issues like door lock is very tight and ac remote not working etc. overall stay for business and bachelor is good Prime location for all facilities. Public and private transport availability. Good service by hotel management

very pathetic hotel not good for stay with family, rooms are not clean rooms are filled with cockroach, mosquito,flies. not water in washroom. AC NOT working and charges are 3600. i have raised complaint with hotel staff they say we cant do anything for cockroach, flies and mosquitos. asked to change the room and all the rooms are same with flies , cockroach and washrooms are not clean

No proper service . When you ask something they don't bother even they have habit of forgetting customer breakfast. Service is bad. Even no proper facilities are being provided. I will not suggest anybody here .

Only location is suitable as Metro station is just in front, but hotel service was not appropriate as these covid end days nothing is available in hotel like food breakfast, even hotel own kitchen service is not available to warm up your food or refrigerator to cool your drinks. telephone was not working, TV was not working, geyser was slow, only room cleaning and bedsheets were ok. so as per shown amenities only 2% Material were available, staff was just ok.. so didn't receive money value.. cost is high this time.. which needs to be less. as per service available. I am just between not happy and satisfactory level.
