Highway 18 Annex - Vegetarian Restaurant - South Indian restaurant in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

This is worst experience we had in this restaurant. We went here by thinking one of the good restaurant in mysore. But it was not.1st thing we ordered spinach soup after long waiting time they serve corn soup. After letting them know this is not we ordered then we took there own time to give what we ordered. Then We took babycorn and paneer satay. Once we recieved the item it was the worst thig we noticed. There was live insects on it. We get out this restaurant immediately after this. We pay such a huge price for these restaurant thinking of higene but they not even care abt this.

Great for South Indian, The service is slower now, though there aren't many people for a cup of coffee had to wait for long. Hand wash area, dining area is clean, however the coffee cups weren't cleaned well. Hence the 4 stars.

Poor Service , Made us to wait for soo long jus for a cool drink.

The food is good and nice. The ambience is good.. open air and good lighting. Staff service is good. In comparison to other south indian veg restaurants, with same pricing you get even better tasting food. Not bad though.

Ordered Paneer Fried Rice the food was almost unpalatable, since the hotel was desolate in the evening i presume the cook just added the rice, paneer and oil and served them without properly cooking or mixing ingredients. the price was exuberant. Very poor food when there are not many customers.

Had a worst experience today in this hotel. We checked which item would be served fast and they said Dosa. So we ordered Dosa and waited almost an hour and still nothing came to table. I could see the waiter go and check with people in the kitchen where few guys we're just walking up and down without even bothering an order is made. I agree the waiter was good enough who asked them to prepare fast and still they were too lazy that I felt they dint even want to prepare anything. At last we had to raise the voice and still I could see the lady at the billing counter watch all this like a movie and dint even bother to get this solved... I request the authority to check the service provided here and atleast maintain a person who can manage all this. If not it's better to close it rather than wasting peoples time!!!

Worst food and service. We ordered triple sundae. She initially told it was not there, then she told it's available and bought gudbud.. when I asked about it, they said only that was available in kitchen, that's why they gave it. None of the other foods that we ordered were tasty,..

Ambience is very decent. Cost is kind of OK VV Puram 8th cross is a prime location . . We ordered Rumali roti Paneer Butter masala.l and Corn methi pulav paneer butter masala and roti was too good And corn methi pulav was also tasty .... Also the good part here was they served us everything HOT. Good hospitality by the service department. Waiting time is very less.. We can spend atleast 30-45 min here for lunch. NO Specified Parking is available for car or bike, we need to park in the road side..
