High Tide a new eatery in our town. Located in the downtown area. It's huge, good place to dine in a comfortable area which is luxury now a days. The ambience is quite contemporary with wave in seating. Have good space between the covers. One corner of the outlet is having great place to wait & gather. There is a PDR. Coming to the menu (Multi -Cuisine), it is quite conventional & it's like new wine in an old bottle. Options are huge. Still few things need to be rolled. Prices are mix bag. Atmosphere, food, prices are good but service is very bad, if I have the option of giving a 0 rating I'll definitely give . I'll tell you why , it bcz they don't serve food properly, they ll make orders too late, they don't give onions until you ask even though if you ask they ll not bring quickly they ll take very long time to bring, if you ask them spoons they ll not give you properly they fell like they r the owner's we r beggers there, they won't wait for until we finish our starter, i went with my nephew he is small kid he is still eating starter, that waiters came and serve food on that starter i felt very bad at the time. The main worst thing is they'll demand tips , if you gave 20, 30 rup they ll demand u to give 50 and above 50.
We tried biriyani.. Biriyani is served hot and fresh but taste is bad. Unnecessary spices dominated the taste.. Didn't know about the starters but fellow diners were ordering more starters than Biriyani.. We suppose starters are worth trying here
Food is good but the service was very poor, staff acts as irresponsible & they are using mobiles with loud sound while serving to customers on the other side it felt like a disturbance while eating.
