This Place and it's trainers are simply awesome. If they're not engaged in any PT training at that given point of time when you are there, you get the same training as any other PT client for free. Now which other Gym would do that? At first the gym looks small. But once you start training you will realise that the gym is fully equipped.

One of the best and spacious gym you could find around anna nagar, first hesitated to take PT (Personal Training). Believe me it is worth, trainer Madan will give seperate focus depends upon your goal. Almost lost 4kgs in 45 days - workout & balanced diet guided by the trainer.
Its very rare to find a place which has an advantage of Gym and Cross fit training and the best trainers. I had earlier experiences such fitness centres with 2 trainers per batch.But this one has more than 2 trainers Which help special focus on trainee. Very decent place. Near to Annanagar rountana. Excellant coaches Ricky and Sarath.. Just one hour every day between Monday to Friday and you will experience Mobillity and flexibility ,Strength and Endurance. Kick boxing and muscle training. They craft the training based on individual needs. Just belive in the trainers and go for it. Note:Coach Sarath was instrumental in training me for my Debut to Everest base camp trek and I succesfully completed my trek by just believing in his training.
