Very good location and service. Rooms are clean, but can be improved. I am not satisfied with the Indian restaurant. All dishes taste the same. The "white House" - continental restaurant was much better than.
Awsome experience, Clean rooms ,wonderful ambience and the food is absolutely delicious.. The Manager Mr Lawson took personal care throughout our stay.. Overall we enjoyed our stay ... we would love to visit and stay again at Highgates Hotel.
It is in good location but are fooling people with that only the rooms are not that good very old fashioned and need repairs many places. Bathrooms are disaster with no proper arrangements too small and broken at places. Also the staff is like a sarkari hospital staff obnoxious and aggressive and not at all polite. All in all a horrible place to stay. They are just giving facilities of 1000 rs hotel at 5000 rs only for location. They now for location foolish people will so why spend on infra or services.
Very commercial. Managers very rude behaviour. We stay 4 days . They didn't accept late checkout. Breakfast also excluded. Very high rates than the facility. Location super.
While the location of the hotel is great the rooms need improvement. Service is extremely poor, you will not even get enough drinking water and staff will accuse you first before doing a thorough checking. Book this hotel only for location and for short stay if you are not finding any better option.
High gates is very good Hotel to stay ! Have no doubts , But I visited yesterday with my friend for Lunch at Tandoori, we got a seat but post few minutes we were told rudely by Manager to move from the seat . It's suddenly became Reserved. This ugly , atrocious act of the management was not acceptable & after all this Manager never apologized for his shameless act . However I wish no customer is treated like me . It was a sad Sunday for me . I hope after reading this the owner would take a strict act against the concern person . Overall it was a pathetic experience
If you like to stay on Church Street, this property is a nice option. Rooms are slightly aged but if you like well maintained old property, you would be in right place. Bed was simple but excellent. Room wasn't too congested. Biggest con: No complementary breakfast spread.
