Worst place and worst experience, both the staff and the rooms are not at all clean especially the self proclaimed manager Mohammed Shariff, doesn't has the basic etiquette how to talk to a guest. We asked for extra beds, we got it after 50 mins. I am going for a single star, wanted to give him zero star but only I have to give a star so have chosen it. The entrance is enough to give the impression that the hotel is a haunted one, the rooms are not yet all maintained, the fans were creaking a lot this is to add another missary. There is hardly any persons in the maintaince. I had the worst experience, even in my family no one liked it.

I have changed the ratings to 3 star. Rooms were arranged good, clean and manager assisted for a early check-in. BUT, we didn't get a good vibe from the entrance of hotel itself. Entrance and hallways were not maintained and not well lit. Clearly, it didn't give a first impression. No basic amenities or toiletries provided. The room was kind of dark and the AC was making some noise. The bright and colourful pictures did not match with current situations, from their part they have only done cleaning, but no maintenance. Hotel could improve on their hospitality. May be solo travellers or couples could find it as a good place, for a family customer it should offer more. Hope they can make good improvements and make it a better place soon.

The staff was horrible. The owner/manager was rude and very dismissive. He said that next I'd have to pay more as the room value that I paid for was too low. is that my problem? it should be a discussion between Oyo and the hotel owner, not between manage and guest. Also, the staff was so noisy. They made noise all through the night and didn't even let me sleep. I checked out a day early because of this horrible customer service. Will never go back, and I'll definitely hesitate to book another Oyo again. This behaviour is unacceptable.

AVOID. This Oyo probably has such high ratings thanks to all the couples that come here - because this place is perfect if you don't want to sleep at night! The staff is noisy. They play videos on their phone and chatter all through the night. But to me, the worst thing about this place is the attitude of the manager (maybe owner?). I arrived early and asked if I could drop just my bag off. I needed to go to the hospital and couldn't take it with me. The manager refused and told me that they don't have staff come in till 9am. Such a lie, because this staff is there all night long, being noisy! In my experience traveling all over the world and India, this is the first time a hotel has refused this basic courtesy. He will also tell you that you should be paying more for this room, but he's doing you a favour and letting you stay. Sir, if you have an issue with the room tariffs, take it up with OYO who fixes the rates, not with the customers. If I wanted to pay Rs1400, I'd certainly not be staying at this terrible place. Sure, the location is great, but the horrible behaviour by the staff made me check out a day early.

There is no proper mechanism to serve the food. Self service system and u won't get any seats after standing in the long Q, also u hv to stand in a another Q for getting the food.. by the way if u miss something to order, then u have to repeat the same. Also no guarantee that u will be getting the table /chair to sit after this long Q session. Note quality of the food is good. Giving 3 star rating because of the bad service.

Awesome property, very cheerful and helpful staff. I would recommend anyone to this property.

Neat room. Location wise good. Should provide Bath towels and bed comfort. .Bed Sheet. , pillow cover and bed Spread guality should improve. Other wise staff and Manager well behaved.
