High Point - Serviced Apartment - Service Apartment in Tiruchirappalli - Tiruchirappalli, India

The rooms are not spacious enough. The lift was not operational during the stay and our rooms were in 3rd floor. Just imagine the inconvenience without the lift. The staffs and their service was great. Dmart was just opposite so hassle free shipping.

Very worst experience with the staff Mr.Senthilkumar who talks in a very rush and harsh manner. Never seen such a person handling customer service like this in my lifetime. I il never recommend for being such arrogant and bad attitude person.

It was a nice stay with family without polluting much . Staffs were polite and sevice minded Good to stay and recommend to others . Very safe parking and silent place

Its away from the city. Nearly 1 Km from pal pannai stop. No restaurant near by. Only thing is just opposite to the property GMart shop is available. Good service. Recommended for families but not for physically challenged people. Rooms wide enough. Bathroom was clean and hygiene. Good staff too

I loved the entire thing. I ordered via OYO. It was in an apartment. The rooms were so sophisticated with AC and western style restroom with a balcony. TV With DTH connection + USB option was there. But the cost was so much normal and easily affordable. You can pay using Card. In line phone and food ordering facility was there. Only con was little out of the city.

Good place for a day's stay. It's an apartment and the last floor is converted into hotel. The staff is very good. The rooms are small but comfortable. Air condition is good. It has a small balcony. Bathroom is spacious and good. It's slightly away from the city but a good and quiet place.

Oyo 7021 was expectedly neat and clean, well maintained and generally pleasing. But they couldn't process any electronic payment, likely due to glitches. AC worked, the water heater in the bathroom. I didn't try the TV but my companion told me it didn't work. The view all around was great ! I understand why it is called High Point SA. Mercifully, and because they don't have a kitchen, they allowed us ordering in. Most Oyos probably don't have a kitchen but they act up because of a tie up with a restaurant close by. The place is itself is away from traffic, so that it self was very good. We had a couple of peacocks visiting us in the morning. Great ! But getting an auto or taxi to get out is very difficult. Hey, and the mattress ... What's wrong ... It was way too soft, didn't offer sufficient back support and so lying on it wasn't a comfortable proposition. Flagged this one more than once. But can Oyo do something about it ?

A good and pleasent place. Away from the high way. Well and neatly maintained. At affordable prices you get free wifi, AC , heater, TV. The washrooms are clean. Very polite staff and very pleasing service. Recommended to all.
