Unpleasant Experience at Hide-in-Hostel, Delhi I recently had a rather disappointing experience during my one-night stay at Hide-in-Hostel in Delhi. Despite booking a mixed dorm room, I was surprised upon arrival to find that the property manager had unilaterally assigned me to a female dormitory without any prior communication. To exacerbate the situation, the staff claimed that no other rooms were available, as they had assumed my gender based on my name. This lack of professionalism and failure to seek my input or consent left me taken aback. In my attempt to resolve the issue, I endured a frustrating one-hour wait and engaged in a heated argument with the staff. I requested them to connect with the host, Kanchan, but my request was refused. Despite my efforts, they displayed a surprising lack of empathy and initially declined both a room assignment and a refund. Only after persistently asking for a refund did they reluctantly comply. This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the service at Hide-in-Hostel. The lack of consideration for customer preferences and the refusal to rectify a situation caused by their own oversight is disheartening. I strongly caution potential guests to carefully weigh their options before choosing this property. The management's unwillingness to address and rectify the situation has prompted me to share my experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. Constructive customer feedback is vital for the improvement of any business, and I sincerely urge Hide-in-Hostel to take this opportunity to reassess their policies and communication protocols.

The hostel itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and lockers to keep your belongings safe. The common areas, including the Terrace and Kitchen, are also clean and inviting, making it easy to meet other travellers and socialize. The staff at Hide-In Backpackers Hostel is exceptional and goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They are Friendly, Knowledgeable, Sensible and always willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Overall, The Hide-In Backpacker Hostel in Delhi is a great value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly and comfortable stay in the city. This is a cosy little hostel in Saket. The Hostel is located in a residential area, so a bit difficult to locate, (I would suggest them to put some lighted board, also put some lights on the stairs as it is very dark to climb up) and the gates close at night, there is only one gate open, so be ready to walk a bit if you arrive at night post 10 pm. Best part is the the Hostel is very near to Saket Metro station gate number 1, like just 2 minutes. The Host Goldie Bhai is very friendly and helpful, makes awesome Chai. The rooftop terrace has a very good sitting arrangement with some beautiful plants around. The comman area is also good.

I Stayed at hide in hostel for 8 nights. The hostel is in a gated community in what seemed a very nice area with good mall place Pvr nearby. I Felt Very safe and it was very easy to get around & specially nearby to metro station. The staff are so nice specially the gem Mr. Goldy . He is very helpful with special tips for Delhi travel, booking transport, and how to get around. He always ready to help you in all things. The special thing I note about host is when he sleeps when he eats nobody knows he always says only god knows I like it goldy bro See you soon

The hostel is walking distance from the Saket metro station (exit via gate no.1). You'll have to climb some steps to reach the rooms, but the manager Peter is wonderful and can assist you with anything you need. The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. The vibe is nice, there's a restaurant you can order food from. A lounge, and a roof terrace. We had a lovely stay. Thanks for everything, Peter.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hide-in Hostel during my trip to Delhi, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. It's within walking distance to Select Citywalk mall. The hostel is also conveniently located near the Saket Metro Station, making it easy to explore other parts of Delhi. Lastly Goldy Bro for the warm Hospitality

One of the best hostels to stay in Delhi. The place, the beds and the common area are really clean and the food was tasty. It's very near to the metro and is situated in a very beautiful place. Sam, Goldy and Dinesh are amazing hosts and very really helpful and available all the time.

It was a nice experience staying here , especially the staff ,they are awesome and they help us out whenever we need their help even in the middle of night. Thanks for this affordable hotel ,I was able to complete my business trip successfully.
