Hibis Hotels and Resorts - Resort hotel in Tembwada, Morjim - North Goa, India

Perfect getaway resort for one's looking for a calm and relaxed beach, far from the crowd. Nevertheless, morjim beach is superb and this hotel is equally good. The staff are very nice and captain sir himself is amiable.

I had a wonderful experience at Hibis hotels and resort. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff was delightful and eager to help! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. A gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. I have stayed at dozens of hotels. This was at the top of the list of the best stays ever. The property is clean and has a fantastic old-time charm. Overall, I had a great experience with the Hibis hotels and resorts. I highly recommend this hotel for visiting. Thanks for amazing hospitality and making my stay pleasant!

I had stayed here in January. Had come for a solo trip and felt safe staying here. The location is beautiful...just across Morjim beach... Captain Balram was always there to help and he was a generous host. He had the best recommendations for good places to eat nearby. The rooms are neat and spacious. The food is good. What I enjoyed most is the location just next to the beach. Not much crowd and very peaceful.

Pros : very close to Morjim beach. The area is serene and less crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cottage rooms are big. Cons : super unhygienic ( e.g. used the same broom for the floor and also tables where glasses and food was kept. The kitchen counter/window is at the same level as the steps to the restaurant and is opposite the washroom, imagine the watery mess during monsoon) . Staff is friendly but not professionally trained. Rooms look good in pics but are not well maintained. For a 4 nights stay, the AC was not working for 2 nights. The receptionist was very callous and didn't pick up the call many times, very sloppy. Food taste and quality in the restaurant varies a lot. Chicken dynamite was superb the first time and worth throwing away when we ordered it second time on the next day. We could see rats running on top of pipes above the bar counter. Bucket and mug was not provided and only later while the AC was being fixed the staff themselves realised that there is no bucket. We thought that they don't give buckets normally !

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the warm welcome at the reception to the attentive service provided by the housekeeping and staff in general. Every member of the team ensured that I felt valued and pampered. Their professionalism and genuine care for the guests were evident in every interaction.

Excellent swimming pool, high-tech interior and very attractive design. Food test very good and service is very fast. Room is very clean and spacious. Staff behavior like familiar. So well done and thank you.
