I recently stayed at Hi Hotels with my family, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay for our family. The hotel's amenities and on-site restaurant, added to our enjoyment. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is great in terms of value for money. The staff is really friendly and the service is amazing. I didn't use the hotel but the restaurant is worth visiting. Mushroom gravy has great taste btw. The location is perfect as it's close to Rishikesh railway station and bike rental is close to the hotel too.

Was a wonderful stay, affordable, neat,has parking. Con was didn't get hot water for bath, but staff arranged in a bucket. But the biggest superstar and reason for 5 stars is their staff Sapna. She is a gem who always had a smile and went out of the way to help: dropping me and picking me up in her scooter to ganga aarti, arranging for a masseuse in the room, helping me to collect my laundry, giving me tips on local food and what to buy, serving food, enquiring of my well being (since I was sore from yoga) and lastly couriering my bag, which I forgot back home. She is indeed a great, kid hearted person and the hotel is extremely lucky to have her.

Check in date 10th June 23, check out 12th June 23,I have booked this hotel by make my trip and booking was confirmed on mail,, at the time of check in they have denied the same due to some dispute between fab hotels and Hi by Madras hotel, Please do not book this hotel by fab hotels ,but on req they have provided rooms on the basis of over the counter payment , I have to cancel my online booking whose refund was credited later on and I have unfortunately took rooms which was my worst decision,Rooms are not sound proof you can listen vehicles horn sound continuously ,Ac not working, rude staff , very bad experience ,no value for money , old property renovated ,doors are noisy , food is also not good ,only support staff is good ,I don't recommend this hotel to anyone in this price of 4K per night , please do not waste your money. property manager ask you to pay amount on daily basis. Manager is very unprofessional. Pros support staff is good they are very dedicated and helpful. Rooms were looking nice and clean

Stay is amazing with nice rooms and private parking, Hotel has excellent front office staff and food taste is also good. Only drawback is rooms do not have any windows and they didn't provided any complementary water bottle.
