Nice place to visit. This is my first time visiting this hotel , for appearances marvellous . For treating customers awesome. Very much user friendly. Neat and clean location. Kids play area was wonderful all kind of kids especially below 5 yrs kids like it very much . When I reach the hotel my kid play some time and eat well so the tast of the food was super with hygiene Finally myself and my family very much loved.

Nice restaurant.. one of the best places to go with family.. food quality is also good.. atmosphere is really nice for spending time and to have good food too.. had a children play area.. enjoyed a lot..

Excellent ambience, good food. There is dinning area both inside and outside. Lighting and the set up of the outside dining area is so good. There is a neat and safe kids play area right behind the dining area outside, I felt that as a good idea as we can monitor the kids while we take food. The parking area is big and there is a restroom in the parking area. Good food, good place to dine in.

We ordered ghee Dosha I never ate Ghee roast like that before it soooo much oily and cannot eat . Chutney was tasty . But couldn't eat the Dosa Feeling so disappointed for the last visit

I and my family had a very bad experience here. They forget to tell one of our ordered food and it was getting very late so we told them to cancel the food. After that the employees were showing faces and were talking to themselves but did not respond to us. As it was nearly 9 at night there were only few people who came after us. Their food got served but not ours. The employees should be more responsible. Otherwise the atmosphere is good to enjoy with family.

Definitely not worth for North Indian dishes like naan and North Indian gravies! The cook for sure is clueless on the recipes! Uncooked dense oily naan was a first (since plain naan is usually dry and fluffy)! And the Malai kofta was a joke that will make you puke, for sure! For the gravy had, hold your breath and wait for it, only sweet Malai! Absolutely no gravy with spices or onions/ garlic/ tomatoes ! And the kofta was just dense flour again! And all this after running late for over 40 minutes! Horrible North Indian fare and they are better off shutting down the North Indian options if they can't figure out how to make it decently! There should be a no star option for review as ideally we couldn't even eat this fare!

Food taste was awesome.. A must try ambience if you are in tirunelveli. Park facilities available for kids. Inside Parking for all vehicles. It a good Bamboo themed restaurant. Milkshake are bit costly.

Very good hotel.they serve food with love and very calm u get a good vibe there ..the place makes u comfortable.nice and food is totally tasty.the special meals r awesome They take care of us very nicely...
