I really liked the vibe when entered the gym for the first time. Very well maintained. It's more like a personal studio. What's standing out was the energy the team carries. The coaches educate, motivate & push the clients to reach their goal. I just found my happy place & definitely will recommend to my known circle.

I've been a part of HFM for some time now, and I can confidently say it's the best gym in town. The equipments are top-notch, and the trainers are highly knowledgeable and motivating. I've achieved incredible results .The facility is always clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about their fitness journey!

My long search for a gym that actually cares about their client's fitness has ended here at HFM. What sets them apart is a genuine conviction towards fitness: All the way from the owners to the trainers - all members of the staff are genuinely motivated to help their clients in reaching their fitness goals, something that most other so called popular gyms in the city truly lack. They have a unique business model where every client gets personal attention from the trainers, by default. Infact It's the first gym ever where I signed up for a year without any hesitation. I really wish that HFM gym grows to greater heights, while hoping that they keep up their standards. TLDR: The name says it all, it is indeed the best gym in town.

HFM Club has a great vibe, I first entered the place to check it out and ended up with an annual membership on the same occasion! It just felt right from the word go. The knowledge, the approach and the commitment of the the entire staff is so amazing! The owners/ Master trainers Mehak and Deb have sound knowledge and execute customized work out routines for the clients in the best possible manner. I personally have lower back issues and with great care and attention Deb has structured a work out regime to suit the same. Its working wonders for me. Opted HFM Club for my Shoulder Joint(Complex part of our body) rehabilitation considering the fact that I need a professional/extremely knowledgeable Trainer to achieve perfect shoulder symphony. It's been a month I am having my personal training sessions with Deb and calling him just a trainer would be under statement. He does wonders in terms of rehabilitation being quite attentive towards our posture/body movements while he make us perform the corrective exercises with proper techniques in order to heal the root cause that's triggering Pain/Stiffness/Dis-comfort. I could see positive changes in my body post his training sessions hence this acknowledgement. Apart, Mehak(Trainer + Expert advice in the field of Food and nutrition) has helped me with proper nutrition plan based on my medical condition so that my body benefits the most. HFM club ensures our expectations are delivered hence this appreciation. "I Will Not Let My Mind Hold My Body back". If you follow the same mantra then HFM is Highly Recommended!!

Absolutely brilliant fitness gym. This is not like a regular gym but like a scheduled training programme. Everyday there is a different workout session based on either cardio or resistance or both. The trainers over here are friendly and watch & guide you during your workout. They have been constantly supporting and encouraging everyone to work harder and do better for themselves. The lead instructors of HFM are Mehak and Deb they both are dedicated & focused towards their clients. If you have a specific goal, your go to person are them, they are killer and will definitely make you crawl after your workout.
