The stay was very comfortable and a productive environment for WFH folks. Paulzor bhaiya looks after all the nooks and crooks of his guests' needs. From providing speedy fixes to clarifying all queries, he did it all. The rooms were well maintained and heated as and when required. Let me not start with the food, it felt like we are a part of their family. From local to continental, they made sure we got what we ordered and more. They have not only opened their home for guests to stay in but also their hearts for all the guests' needs. Just one setback for the comfort loving folks like us is the vehicular arrangement from the homestay to Mall road. One has to wait for a seat on the running shared cars on the route for reaching their destination. What touched us are the little things - when we had to wait for nearly an hour to catch a shared car, Paulzor bhaiya waited and also made calls to provide us with a car so that we can reach our destination on time. He really goes above and beyond for his guests. That is a unanimous review from all. Apart from the homestay team, if you have the privilege to meet their in house cook Arpan Bhaiya, please have a Hindi lesson with him. He is a fantastic human and a very well read conversation starter. We felt very entertained and fulfilled with his services. Along with him, all the people who are Paulzor bhaiya tribe, if and when you get a chance to meet them, have a chat. They are very informative, helpful and knows what they are saying. We had a chat over Sandakphu with a Ganeshgram resident, just out of the blue - that is the beauty of Paulzor bhiaya's connectivity. We did not feel for a bit that we are tourist. Rather this homestay felt like a home away from home. Hoping to get back very soon, as I am yet to hear more of his trekking stories and to taste more of local cuisine in their homely signatures

When I entered Heyagriva it didn't feel like I'm entering into some unknown place but when I left it surely felt like I'm leaving my home. The scenic view from the terrace still amazes me when I think of it. The owner is very humble and kind. He always makes sure that you have your best experience at Darjeeling. And the food! I had few of the best meals of my life at Heyagriva. And most importantly Heyagriva is at the centre of Darjeeling from where you can very comfortably visit all the places you wish to visit. If you're planning to visit Darjeeling, don't think twice before booking your stay at Heyagriva.

This was my second time at Heyagriva. It is beautiful homestay with the perfect view, aesthetically decorated, cosy rooms and the most warm and friendly hosts. Icing on the cake are the fur babies- candy, brady and the over friendly cat

The location of this homestay is 10 minutes from mall road. You can see all the hill station, viewpoint and Kanchanjungha from the balcony. you can see sunrise from bed. It was an awesome experience and we have made memories there. The hospitality was unmatchable and felt like coming back sooner to this homestay. Food was delicious and traditional to Darjeeling. Thanks to Paulzor for making our trip awesome and tensionless. He took all the responsibility so that we can enjoy our trip.

It was an amazing and enriching experience at the homestay. The hospitality of the Heyagriva Family is unmatched. They treat their guests as a part of their own family. I travelled with my parents and my dog and she loved the place more than us. The terrace at the top floor was her favourite place to run around and she also received the same love and affection from the Heyagriva Family. The view from the terrace was breathtaking be it during sunrise or at any time of the day. Their pets Candy and Brady were sweet additions to our trip. The sumptuous breakfast is the best I have had till date in a Homestay.Their special cuisine which includes Nepali Thali, Kauri, Thukpa, Kothe were amazingly lip-smacking. Guests should definitely try them. It is not very far from the Chowrasta Mall just a 15 minute walk. Anyone who wants a quiet and peaceful getaway from the maddening crowd of Chowrasta, this place is a must visit

Heyagriva is one of the best homestays you can ever find in Darjeeling. Starting from Paulzor bhaiyya to Amit and arpan bhaiyya evryone was extremely sweet and welcoming to us. The food, the view, the intiniary set by Paulzor bhaiyya everything was so perfect. Thanks a lot for making this trip so memorable and for being such a great host. Never thought Darjeeling was so beautiful, thank you for showing us this beautiful side of Darjeeling. I didn't miss home even for a second, Heyagriva feels like your second home and i will definitely visit again. Special thanks to Amit bhaiyya for waiting for us so patiently in every location. I already miss everything about this homestay starting from the people to the amazing food to candy, Brady, Simba and the overfriendly cat and of course the amazing views. Don't even give a second thought to it if you want to experience the local cuisine and the culture Heyagriva is the best place to do it. :)

U will feel like home. We went to Darjeeling as a family of 8 from Tamil Nadu. From the booking process, transport, stay all the arrangements were communicated very clearly. Tariff also very much affordable Location is in the town just 10 mins walk from the Mall Road We loved everything about the place and people Food I must say delicious .They took lots of effort in preparing the food They made all the efforts to make us feel like home The pets are something to adorn Everything perfect 10/10

'Heyagriva' or should we call it Paradise for Tourists, is indeed one of the best Homestay anyone can find in Darjeeling. Everything about this homestay was perfect and remarkable. Special thanks to Paulzor Bhaiyya and his wife, Arpan Bhaiyya, Amit Bhaiyya and Lopsang Bhaiyya for making this trip memorable and special. Starting from the view to the hospitality to the food to the furry babies to the stories told by Paulzor bhaiyya was just incredible. Thanks a lot Heyagriva for this wonderful trip.
