I had bit satisfactory and little more unsatisfactory experience. Also there is scope of improvement too. I visited for skin rashes on my body which is quite acute n also consulted for facial acne. Satisfactory: Experience with Dr Namratha was nice. She is polite and patiently listened while I was little overwhelmed with my concerns. She explained the blood routine report very patiently. I was given cream for the rashes and anti melanin(which I didn't take it up). Unsatisfactory: 15 days post topical cream application as prescribed, the rashes are same. No sign of improvement. I got new more rashes and spreading. I am also following a clean diet and also other supplements as adviced. Scope of improvement: 1.Staff response time and appointment waiting time should be worked on. When we call, either they don't pickup or if they pick up they say 5mins and never get back and have to visit the clinic to ask them what they were supposed to send or give. No follow-up done 2.Appointment timing for both the visit I had was not maintained. 3. Explanation of the medicine in the first visit was not given clearly by the staff. As per doctor 1 cream I was supposed to apply on the affected area in the body, but the staff told me full face n body. 4. Anti melanin treatment package, 1st day the staff told me a different amount and on my second visit after 2 days, another staff told be amount which was 10k more . Upon asking why 10k extra, first she told the previous amount told to me was wrong then again she told some few more things will be added during facial thats why the price increased. But doctor never mentioned anything of that during consultation. And I don't even know what those things were as she was unaware when I asked. 5. No printed prescription for better reading or bill receipt. Unable to submit in office because my name on the prescription is not written properly. Unable to explain other doctors few part what was written I took a second consultation now in Bangalore. Will be put onto different treatment with medicine and not anti melanin.

I've visited here quite a few times. Dr.Narmatha is an extremely polite, well experienced and caring doctor I got my PRP done by her, initially, I was scared about the whole process but she has her unique way of doing it. She made the process so comfortable and the results were amazing too!! It's my go-to place for any skin/hair-related problem.
