I initially became their client when they were new, and they offered excellent service, addressing my concerns and even providing extra perks. However, they gradually raised their prices and began conducting business without offering invoices or prescription, raising doubts about their authenticity. They later began to neglect me when they didn't see substantial profits. When I left a negative review for their other branch, they reached out to have it removed, and, regrettably, I gave them a second chance, assuming it was a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, it led to the same situation - the doctor didn't respect appointment times, and the staff lacked proficiency. Please be cautious as they lack proper billing practices, and their service falls far short in comparison to more established dermatologist in metropolitan cities. There are other options in town who excel at their craft and practice ethical business methods!!
