Class ambience is serene and tranquil, providing the perfect setting for enriching yoga experience. Our instructor is great . All the instructors have extensive knowledge and expertise in various yoga style. My experience has been transformative and I can't recommend it enough to anyone seeking a genuine and fulfilling yoga practice.

Yog is not about loosing weight. Its a process, a journey of mind and body together. Here at HYC we do yog with different props which gives us immense health benefits.
