I don't judge anyone, But for the sake of other buyers . the service centre quality is very poor, No one response properly No one listen properly Negative Attitude alot Use phone and laugh and pass time alot while wasting customer time No idea who is senior Every one comes to pass time And I think company also not care for feedback . . In the end, the customer will be helpless and feel stupid if not smart enough to check what they do during service. No professional only jugaad for a short time. My review for owner and buyers. Reply when you will comes up with improvement.
Great place if you are looking for electric vehicle..well maintained workshop
Worst electric skooter. I purchased this garbadge (hero electric) on 26th of july and i struck on road 3 times till now. I am still struck on the way during posting this feedback. Only a fool like me can spend his money on this kind of garbadge. Their service is worst. Its better to burn money at night for sone glow then purchasing this hero electric garbadge. I rated this 1 star because there is no option of zero star rating not even negative. I am not going to ride this electric garbadge ever again. I would spend rupees 101 per liter pertol but never ride this garbadge again. Worst worst worst electric skooter. wastage of money.
