Extremely Disappointed - One Star I purchased a Hero Electric Vehicle from this showroom, and within a year, the battery died. Despite the vehicle being under a 3-year warranty, the replacement process has been a complete nightmare. It's been a more than a month since I submitted my vehicle for warranty service, and there have been no updates from the company. The lack of communication and delayed resolution is highly frustrating. As we rely on this vehicle for daily commuting, and this extended downtime is causing significant inconvenience. Considering the unsatisfactory service and the prolonged wait, I am compelled to give this showroom a one-star rating. I had expected better customer support from a reputed company like Hero Electric. Never recommend this showroom

Worst Assurance providing Dealer in Edappal. The Company provides warranty of 3 Years on Electric Battery, while the manager takes more than the threshold period to replace such principal battery. Irresponsible management & specifically spineless manager with his assurance on refund of Subsidy, Battery, Charger, technically defective stand design etc....... I do recommend my friend not to purchase electric bikes from G & K Motors, Alankode ( It's a loss of money, time & effort) . Without enabling remedies to customers, manager blames on the company for lack of warranty products, while other dealers in the locality moreover satisfy customer needs... Whereas the Mechanic staff Mr Suhail attend our emergency breaking in a few hours_only single relaxation from this purchase. If you purchasing electric vehicle from G & K Motors, it is adviced to buy Mahindra Ape Auto along with it in order to carry immovable scooty breakages while driving Certainly.
