The hotels they provided was a touch of heritage as well as of luxury feels in both Udaipur and Kumbhalgarh just the way we wanted. The Heritage Walk guided by Mr . Chinmay Dixit was a great experience. The information given by him during the walk through the royal heritage of Udaipur was also very helpful and informative. I appreciate his knowledge about the history and culture of The city of Lakes.

I highly recommend chinmay and his team for organizing a wedding in udaipur. The team is super professional, attentive and responsive in providing everything you need for a hassle free event. From accommodation to food, decoration and transport, everything was well managed and quick. The artists arranged for Mehendi were also authentic and entertaining. Nothing was over the top. He maintained the minimalistic and balanced character of the weeding event which was our prime requirement. I was amazed by the detailing with which each event was curated. Chinmay is very specific and clear about what his vision is, for the event. Highly impressed.

Visiting Udaipur with Family and being the host for first time, I was very nervous regarding arrangement for accomodation, places to visit , and transportation. I contacted Mr. Chinmay Dixit, owner of Heritage Royal Rajasthan, regarding the same. It was not just the tour he arranged but he also gave ample options for resorts/hotels/villas/palaces to live. For our visit, he arranged everything from transport cabs , resorts and villas to tour of Udaipur ( Complete itinerary). We visited Udaipur for 5 days ( including Arrival and Departure). Chinmay not only showed us the extrinsic beauty of Udaipur but also explained us the specificity of things in the easiest way he could. He and his son ( Mr. Hemang Dixit) also arranged dinners at Lake view restaurants and we're a great host over there. I would recommend expertise and love of Chinmay to everyone. He not only showcases the beauty of Udaipur but also makes us fell in love with them. I would also like to highlight about the transportation facility he provided us. All the cabs were new and in a good condition. Drivers were very polite and there were no issues. Same goes with our Villa and Resort. He helped us in upgrading one of our rooms in one of the resorts in the exisiting package deal. This was possible because of the respect and love he has shown to all the tourists and the locals of Udaipur. I hope others might find my reviews helpful. We booked Chinmay Ji at a very short notice & he arranged a pleasant trip around the old city. Starting off at the main Jagdish temple, Chinmay Ji gave us a background of the temple & the significance it has for the local community. Then we had a walk along the ghat through the Udaipur old city bylanes listening to his stories about local art, music & his involvement with heritage activities in Udaipur. It was an interesting perspective we wouldn't have got otherwise.

Chinmay Dixie was the perfect guide! He was very friendly, listened to all our requests with what we wanted to see or hear about and answered all our questions. He gave us an in-depth explanation of life in Udaipur, in terms of history, culture, art and the people. He even took us into an area of Udaipur that wasn't full of tourists, which allowed us to experience the bustling life and culture of Udaipur which made the experience even more extraordinary. I would definitely recommend contacting Chinmay for tours in Udaipur as we feel he allowed us to make the most of our short time in Udaipur.

Absolutely recommend - we spent just over two hours with Chinmay on our tour and it was very insightful and interesting. More so about Hindu culture than about the specific history of Udaipur, we were able to ask many questions and did venture into some areas that we hadn't previously been to and later revisited for some further exploration. I would certainly recommend this tour to anyone looking for further insight into the Indian way of life. As mentioned by some other reviewers, it isn't cheap at R/600. We had organised an Heritage walk for 57 Architecture students. The experience was amazing. Mr.Chinmay Dixit and his team is extremely knowledgeable. They went out of their way in helping us get permission for the students to visit old houses and Havelis. Mr.Dixit's on family house in the old city is fascinating and is a must visit for any one who appreciates culture. We thank the Heritage Royal Rajasthan team for their efforts.
