Heritage Residency - Home Stay in Panhala - Kolhapur, India

We stayed here for 2 days with 10 ppl group. Rooms are beautifully built, clean and spacious. Happy with Room service and food as well. Overall great experience

It was great experience at living in Heritage Residency. Location is also good. Great rooms and hygiene. Great Service. Veg food quality need to be improved. But overall experience is excellent. Happy with the stay.

A well appointed property nestled in a wooded corner of Panhala. Every major attraction, the few restaurants, etc are within walking distance of this property. Great location. Given that it has only 5 duplex row house type of limited accommodation with spacious rooms makes it a much more private experience. The proprietor has not skimmed on the quality of the construction and amenities which gave us a good vibe. Example, they provide u with Tetley tea bags which was nice, just wish they had more options of tea. We had limited snacks at the property but, whatever we ordered was well prepared (but did take a fair bit of time to receive) I would have given it a 5* rating, ideally I would say 9 out of 10 but will ding it for just one thing, the view, or rather the lack of it. To be fair its definitely not claustrophobic, but there are a few bungalows in front of the property. But other than that the staff especially Zoya were very accommodating and professional. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there in the future.

Superb place to stay at heritage . Residency panhala.Rooms very clean and hygiene.. Quality fitting in bathroom.staff was good and helpful,co operative. staff were maintaining cleanliness throughout the day .

Heritage Residency , 5 beautifully designed duplex units amidst the misty lanes of a hill station - Panhala ! The beauty of the route was not less than heaven . Each unit has a living room extended with a mini pantry , 2 beautiful bedrooms , one of which is followed by spacious balcony with a breathtaking view . The place is pet friendly & the hosts are very welcoming . Not only this , the meals that they offer are freshly cooked , hygenic and delicious . I enjoyed Chinese & North Indian food for lunch & dinner. They also have barbecue ! Also ,the place is close to the local street where one can enjoy multiple street food options . I had a great time exploring the sunset point and Panhala fort since it was near by too ! Overall , I had an amazing staycation experience and this place is highly recommended for all those who wish to have an unforgettable experience with their loved ones !

What an experience!! A really warm stay with helpful staff. The feeling of being at the hotel was genuine. The employees are a blessing to management. They cleaned our calls every day without ever mentioning this extra kindness.

Awesome place to stay with family and friends, big rooms with open balcony and living area they do provide a small kitchenette too
