Heritage Madurai - Resort hotel in Madurai - Madurai, India

A top class hotel. Built on a large, lush green plot. It has old style earthen tille roofs over double story low rise. Tamil style. Courteous staff. They go out of their way for you. Like they had no problem with an early check in. Packed breakfast for us as we were leaving early. Would love to have a longer stay there.

Had booked two rooms, one deluxe room and another villa with a private pool. Both the rooms were excellent. The bathroom of the Villa opens up to the private pool. Quite a unique layout for the Villa. Very Well maintained. The service too is noteworthy. Very efficient and quick. The hotel's main swimming pool is like nothing we have seen so far. In one word, Spectacular! The in room dining needs to improve drastically. Nothing that we ordered was tasty. The breakfast was superb though. Definitely worth visiting again in the future.

Great service and rooms. Restaurant staff are exceptional - special note to coffee stand station staff, Rama! Only improvement could be to add a regiment of spraying mosquito repellant or insecticide near the villas during mosquito season to make the stays more comfortable in the outdoor verandas or in room open air plungepools.

Service and location is top notch. The rooms are big, only thing is that the wooden flooring is very old and makes a lot of noise. If some one need to go to bathroom during night, then per dure everyone will wake up due to the floor noise, same happened with us. The breakfast spread is good but taste was average.

Was a great place for a family reunion. We enjoyed our time. The swimming pools were fantastic, well maintained. The rooms could have been better. The quality of bedsheets were not great. Any food(including a coffee) we ordered to the room took very long time to be delivered.

Very particular for check in. No awaiting. Rooms are well cleaned before checkin. Complimentary fruits are available in rooms. Well behavior of all staffs. Always smiling in there face. Neet and clean Swimming pool. We enjoyed lot in pools. Decent crowd entry. In one single word that awesome property for family, friends.

Rooms are good with unique structures. Multiple options in the room you can get. One with a private pool and another one without a private pool. Service is not up to level. I felt service should have been much better. Food is also not that great. Breakfast is very bad. You have an interesting activity called pottery where a person will guide you in the making of pottery and you can take it home as remembrance.

Located in the heart of city. The hotel has a very tranquil ambience with lots of trees and shade. I visited the hotel conference hall for a wedding and it was a very good conference hall.
