We are really impressed with the staff. They are very helpful and courteous. Dr. Ojha is an awesome doctor who uplifts patient moral. Which really helps in recovery process. Dr Shwetank is also a very nice and knowledgeable doctor. Overall we are very happy with services we received at Heritage Hospital.

I have received treatment very well. Dr. D.N Sinha, Dr M N Singh were very good, polite doctors . Professional staffs & nurses.

The experience was explicitly good, the medications provided worked well and due care was given to patients throughtout the time. The nurses doctors were available 24/7 for addressing any sort of urgency or care.

The overall experience was good, the doctors timely attended the patient and there was no delay in treatment. The hospital staff was so good with addressing any sort of urgency ans immediate assistance was provided for any health issues.

Treatment of this Hospital is too good. Specially Many Thanks to Dr. Alok ojha for given best treatment to my patient. Nursing support is quite good here.

Worst experience overall! Everyone is administer there and have own rules and regulations for patients and attendent. Everybody is using mobile phone during work which quite unfair, however they have intercom phone for talk to eachother. I was feeling stucked during treatment and will never stuck again.

Hospital administration and management is very poor, non-professional approach of handling patients by paramedical staffs, lower staff and management, also hygiene is not as per the norms. Service charges are very high as per the actual provided service, Management is only interested in hiesting money from the patient and even then they are not able to provide services what they are charging for.Although doctors are fine, instead of visiting doctor at heritage prefer their private clinics as hospital staff and management is very unhelpful, pathetic and poor at administration with the patients and their families. Highly not recommended if there is any other option available.

I have taken services of OPD and IPD. PROS-1. Doctor and staffs are excellent and competent. They are very supportive and polite. I have taken services of Shilu Goel and Pragya Ojha. Both are excellent. 2. Hospital location is very good for outstation patients. 3.Medicine and other requirements are easily available. Cons- canteen facility is poor. They are still running like covid situation for room services. However taste is good. This may be improved.
