Heritage Hospital - General hospital in Siliguri - Darjeeling, India

I had the misfortune of visiting Heritage Hospital in Siliguri, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The staff's behavior was abysmal; they were rude and indifferent. In a critical emergency, they didn't prioritize the case appropriately, showing a complete lack of competence and care. It seemed like they only cared about treating their own acquaintances, leaving others in the lurch. The doctors at Heritage Hospital were equally disappointing, appearing to be on the same page as the unprofessional staff. Avoid this place at all costs!

With new upgraded infra. Recently, they have renovated their nursing home. Currently, it's equipped with modern ICU, NICU facilities. Also, you will get different specialty doctors.

This is a late review i hope it helps. My cousin who is 5 yrs old received treatment in this hospital in the month of April. I thank Dr Pranit Kumar & Dr. Kailash, my cousin who was suffering from heart related problem is healthy now. Most of the hospital staff that I came in contact with was polite, be it the nurse or the guard or the pharmacy people. My cousin was admitted for around 7 days. During bill settlement the person very patiently explained me everything how the total amount came to be. So yes overall I would say I was satisfied with the hospital. For people coming for the first time I wud say call and make them note down your patient name/make a telephonic appointment since I think it's their policy, also this hospital is very crowded. Rest be assured your loved ones will be treated well.

These people are just running some kind of business and don't care about health of patients. Desk persons are asking to go for emergency again n again. Worst experience ever. I think one who tips these desk persons are allowed to visit to doctor even in their names are at the end of the list and rest are being kept waiting whole day. Pathetic behaviour of every staff in this hospital. Highly not recommended.

Please don't go to this hospital, waiting time is soo long ... I have visited this hospital on 13th May 23, to check up my wife ... Receptionist don't understand people problem, when they come from far... They allow known people first, or to those people who have already come to this hospital... Pathetic management.

Heritage Hospital in Siliguri is a place I would strongly advise anyone to avoid. The staff's unprofessionalism, neglect of emergency cases, and preference for their own circle make it a healthcare facility that should be avoided at all costs.

Worst hospital ever Try your level best if possible then don't visit this hospital... I visited this hospital for DR.Manish Mishra with my mother(patient) she is a cancer patient and I called the OPD section 4hrs before my arrival Infact giving all the information beforehand they did not give me the appointment and my patient had to wait for 1.5hrs in a serious condition where she had sever pain in her stomach and was unable to wait but the receptionist didn't even care to even inform the doctor regarding her and literally ignored her and acted as everything was normal This is my review and i hope anyone reading this will understand the pain and problem i went through and i hope that it will help you

absolutely worst service, my brother was admitted in the HDU , and they did not even have a blanket, and they are running a hospital. Please don't come here, they are just looting people, pathetic staff and management team.
