Worst service for hospitalised patient. Managment is worst. They are not arranging doctor's visit for patient on time. They are delaying for money. Worst hospitality I have seen there.

Amazing Experience, with very cooperative staff, the doctors listen to and understand each and every problem, and prescribe the best treatment, the Nurses takes care of you very gently and helps and resolves with any problems arise, all of them check up on you personally during every shifts and their care and help throughout the treatment helps you heal faster. The patient welfare team regularly checks up, while the house keeping team promptly keeps the premises hygienic and clean. Would definitely recommend Heritage IMS Hospital for whomever the need rises.!
Best treatment and qualification A grade hospital
I saw that all facilities are available in one campus, doctor fee is zero, i did not see anywhere and other services are on very affordable cost. Very senior retired doctors from BHU are here. Good hospital.
