Verry good place for work out , trainers are friendly and supportive and they help to get very good results . guys it's not true that trainers don't follow time believe it or not i exactly go to gym at5am in morning and they help me work out

PLEASE DONT JOIN!! Doesn't feel like a gym, it feels like high school with a lot of gossip, rumours and bullying. You are not allowed to train with your friends or talk to them, if you do, the trainers get offended.

Well equipped gym . The trainers were supportive and friendly.

Gym is very crowded lately. It's not air conditioned. They have most of the equipment and an adequate number of personal trainers. Prices are bit expensive

Best gym of mysore. They have good trainers for both men and women. Very friendly space. Well kept instruments. Loved the experience. Going here since 2 months and it's been fantastic for me
