Service is very slow I need to ask them 3 times to get anything to the room. Cockroaches present and mosquitoes too. The bathroom is very basic , so is the bed Should definitely work on improving the rooms and service Bed for a single person/studio is very small There are worms crawling In the reception lobby mostly due a certain tree present in the complex or vicinity For the price it's just fine
The location is the only good thing about the Hotel! The communication was fine .I arrived at night and the procedure for check-in was smooth .As soon as I entered the room I saw small cockroaches on the bed .I asked for a room change and it was done immediately ( good point).But I couldn't sleep the whole night because of Mosquitoes! I had booked for 6 nights and I was on a budget.If you are looking for a low budget hotel go for it otherwise please look for other options. Make sure breakfast is available with the package.The crowd was decent.Breakfast is fine.
Hotel and Room house keeping is very good but some cockroaches are roaming arround the room pest control has to be done properly and Amenities are very limited in 5 days i get only 3T bags and 3 coffee sachets Most worst part is Food service all staffs are impolite they serve you morning made food to night also and they miss many items in your ordered food item and if you ask why they argue with you impolitly for unlimited time. so hotel heritage dakshin give you room only if anything hapen like if you have hot water problem and you call them to rectify then they visit your room and argue impolitly and they do dirty your room then go back without cleaning. if you call for cleaning they will do next day very bad behaviour hotel staffs as well as food service staffs .. all are uneducated unproffesional peoples.. Also they recharge tv for 2 days and rest 3 days no channels on tv all channels showing Rechage recharge... very bad experience ..
I booked deluxe room for 7 nights. I have changed 2 room, still i was not satisfied. AC were making strange noises. No Remote control available in one of the room & some button on AC panel were not operative. Malfunctions lights in WC. Dinner was too oily & salty. Daily resetting of bed & complimentary water bottle. Buffet system for breakfast is good & ppl get to decide whether they want indian or western food. But glasses for juice were not clean enough. It smelled bad. Eggs are overboiled. Sometime Wifi doesn't work. Maintenance of room walls is not carried out properly. If you can overlook these small details. You can stay without stressing out.
Budget friendly hotel with suite rooms. Food is also good. Very convenient to reach from Belapur station. People at the reception are quite cooperative.
I went for the Suite and it was decent enough. The bathroom was squeezed a bit. It was smoking-friendly with two slider windows. The toiletries, mini bar, and hot kettle were part of the room. Service: Prompt Outside Delivery: Allowed and you can give the direct address of your room number for delivery Breakfast: Limited but decent Food: The in-house food was awesome and at reasonable rates I am not sure about other rooms, but if you are looking for a hotel at a reasonable price, Hotel Heritage Dakshin could be your savior
