Hercules Gym is 17 years old, one of the oldest surviving fitness center in South Chennai.. I have been going here for past 5years(i do take couple of months break in year ) it's an mix of old school and modern gym.. One floor is dedicated for weight training, where many famous body builders, models and cinema/television celebrities have trained and toned.. Another floor is exclusive for cardiovascular equipments and for ladies.. The owner of the gym herself is a Physiotherapist and she trains the ladies there.. They do have a separate timing for ladies too.. Certified functional fitness and kettlebell trainers are there to train, coach and rehabilitate fitness enthusiasts and athletes.. The size of the gym is comparatively small than other gyms in the vicinity.. But size doesn't matter here, Coz all needed equipments are available..
