It's totally money making management. No one ask you after payment of fees . After 1st day workout unfortunately my wife met with an accident but I was shocked all commitment are fake from the gym side no one taken one single follow up of you. Once fees gone to their account either you come or not they don't care.
If you are looking at weight loss, stick to its gyming regimen. The 2 trainers are good there. The format of floor exercises however is often dictated by students rather than the trainers- and in this you usually end up gyrating to some dance music than an actual workout. If you're a dance fan, who has no problems picking up steps, you might love it but if you're looking for a disciplined workout, floor exercises may not be your fit.
If you are looking for female friendly gym i would recommend you to join here. They provide combination of workouts like zumba,tabata, yoga, pilate. You will have fun doing this. The manager is also were friendly and will guide you in the best possible way.
I have common obstacles for my daily workouts, like managing my home with two kids and working from home. In between, getting to know female-friendly gyms is genuinely a blessing. I was one of those people that worked out daily, ate reasonably well, and looked fine but were body conscious. Joining a Yoga program online helped me take control of my thoughts and body.
What I've noticed in these months is that workouts are constantly changing and challenging. Trainers are great to work with. All the ladies who work out with me are so encouraging and fun. I like that I can get the perfect workout in 45 minutes.
