Hendrix villa - Bed & breakfast in Verla Canca, Verla - North Goa, India

It's a lovely place, well maintained, spotless and accessible. Easily accommodates 12 people. The cook, Sam, prepared everything we requested & he was very good! The host, Julian, was very polite & prompt. Definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay in North Goa.

I enjoyed my weekend in this villa. The property is clean and well looked after. The atmosphere was pleasant. The owner was very courteous and understanding. The place is quiet and serene, perfect for a quiet holiday.

Julian is very rude person.They didn't provide any kind of service and also didn't allowed to parked our cars. There service is totally different as they have mentioned. The villa was very far away from the beach nd the road was also very congested nd even they didn't provide regular room service , hot water problem was also there , he also turn off the wifi by 10 pm every day. Mainly there was not a single mirror in room for dressing which was a trouble. He is very arrogant, my father went to his place for work....as his phone number was not their he rudely replied that from next time don't come to my place without my permission. There was no kind of convience, privacy nd service.

We stayed at the villa for 4D 3N. It was an amazing experience at the property with timely service & delicious breakfast by the very polite property owner. The villa is located in between forest very peaceful vibe to experience.<br/>Highly recommended for groups looking for luxury & private pool party time.

We stayed here for 3 night from 19 Nov to 22 Nov this year paid 75,000 for 3 nights. Its a good property with a poor host called Julian who has no sense of hospitality and how to communicate with customers. The place has 6 bedrooms with a good pool and 2 independent dinning rooms as we were 11 people. We had booked the entire place for ourself. The check in at the place was 3 pm and we arrived there at 3.30 PM and when we reached the place was not ready which is not a big issue. But Julian instead of accommodating us in someways says can you come after sometime. Its only after I insisted can he provide us some place till they get the place ready he agreed. His Dad was a very warm person who apologised for the place not being ready on time and told us to keep our luggages . Next surprise was when Julian mentioned that the pool can be used only till 10.30 Pm. When you book a place entirely for yourself you expect that you can use all the facilities for whole time. Also when you have such a huge group there would be some noise in the property which is one more challenge in this place. As after 10.30 Pm if there is some noise Mr Julian will be there like a warden and tell you not to make noise. So if you are booking the entire place for yourself you will not have all the privacy as its more like a hotel . We were also not able to find a opener in the property when we asked Julian he mentioned a place where it would be there but still we couldn't find it. When we texted him back we are unable to find it he mentioned he is outside and will give the bottle opener tomorrow. I was zapped by his response. Only when I insisted that we have got some Beer bottles and we need it today he bothered to send his care taker to find it. Also one more rule that you need to follow is when you come inside and go outside the property its your responsibility to close the gates as Julian and his family stays in the same property so if the gates are open other dogs will walk in the property which will disturb his dogs. So if you are looking for a place all by your selves with no restriction this is not the right property for you. And worst case you want to be here please deal with Julian dad he is a better person to interact.

Hendrix homestay is nestled among beautiful tall trees. It's a safe heaven for birds that one can hear chirping all around. It's perfectly secluded and yet close to all the fun that is Goa. Take a 5 min ride to all the popular destinations of north Goa yet come back to the peace and tranquility of Hendrix homestay. A perfect holiday experience. Love it :-)

Julain was very rude and even he didnt provided proper service .....i stayed their for 3 days but they didnt bother at all....Place was too far away from the beach...Even he didnt provide parking area..The things what he mentioned in the brochure was too not provided properly... Hospitality was too poor .....!Even the things for what i paid he too was not bother at all....!

Excellent Location ,away from noise of vehicles or pollution ,being in Harmony with Nature...Serene and peaceful...Living in s village ,away from the hustle bustle but close to all the happening places in the north Host -Mr Hendrix was very helpful in anything that you could need... Highlight being the copper bathtub and NO CHLORINE swimming pool..everything kept spick and span..
