His moto YES, U CAN DO IT ..do make oneself do it unbelivingly..apart from Yoga he is a master of Iyyanger Yoga, Therauptic Yoga too and do brief's everyone abt d diet plan according to the person's routine... i myself was not into yoga before joining him but once i started i dont wanna miss a single class no matter if im travelling almost 40kms a day...the caring, friendly with no limit in workout regime, knowledgable guru do take you to another fitness level...
