My freinds this is such a wonderful place. I came to this place in 1970. Long time back. At that time the boys school had tents a very beautiful lake dog school. An open auditorium. Horse riding. Boating a beautiful academy. My stay was short. Since my parents migrated to Lucknow. But beautiful memories are still there it's like hevan on Earth.

One of the best place I ever been to. U have all the facilities here, like grounds , market , safety and all. I grown up there and still I miss that place....if u r in paramilitary and u r posted there ..then I would suggest bring your family too...good place to grow you child

BSF Academy, where training consciousness is a way of life and nestled amidst the serene, calm environment of Tekanpur on NH 75, is located 32 km away from the land of legendary music maestro-Tansen, Gwalior. It is spread over an area of 2923 acres, which includes 643 acres of lake. The surroundings of the Academy provide an ideal ambience for the training of the men to evolve into a perfect Bordermen who will work as a sentinel guarding the border during peacetime and transform himself into a determined soldier during war.
