I didn't read these reviews before purchasing the car from these scammers. I purchased the car too 5 months ago and still I haven't got the RC transferred. Never buy from them

Please don't buy any car from Hello cars. I bought a car and quality was very bad and I need to sell after 4 months. I paid 3k for RC transfer to Balaji on refund bases and after multiple follow up no response and no refund received. Please be mindful before buying a cars from Hello cars.

Pls dont buy or sell your cars in hello cars which is at kolathur and villivakkam. They are fraud 420 cheats. I had buyed a car and gave full cash and settled same day. They said they will do name transfer of RC book and will handover RC in 10 days. They dint do name change instead kept RC book for finance and they pledged money. It's been more than 2 years still they dint give my RC book and also they kept under finance. I had filed complaint in police station against hello car owner muthu krishnan still not sort out. Not only this incident my one of friend drop his car to sell for park in sale in hello cars recently. Hello car owner sold my friend car and dint handover his cash to him and dint handover car to the buyer too. He cheated both without paying cash and also without handovering car to both the parties. Hello car owner is local cheap fellow and has rowdies as his staff. Pls dont get cheated to him. Past 5 years he is cheating all his customers pls check his reviews. When you question him he will act as I dint do my staff or my partner only cheated you. Pls don't give fake assurance for your youtube channels rating without knowing they are number.1 frauds they have many cases filled in rajamangallam police station, kolathur pls check.. I request pls don't lose money and vehicle to those frauds.. as like me no one should get cheated by them

Recently i had bought car from 'Hell'o cars...1) No proper responses from Mr.Balaji to customers. And finally i bought a car from them. 2) After that i comes to know that there is a lots of mistakes in online RC, i went to the hello cars showroom and asked for help. They denied it and no proper help and response are not received from them. 3) Cost of cars is higher, but quality of cars are not good. We only comes to know that after driving for more than one or two months. 4) Really felt very bad and worried.Because cars are a dream for middle class persons like me, because of these types if guys non proper responses really we hated to buy second hand cars.

They are delaying for RC Transfer... I bought a car 2 months back.. but still they have not done RC trasnfer on my name.. I am calling the manager every week.. But no result as of now.... Highly disappointed...

There is a salaried ACTING OWNER (BROKER) available in this office, he acting as a Owner of the car for negotiate the price as well as tell false statements. first time we looking this guy we ll felt he is a geniune OWNER, but we can not found that he is a BROKER. So Be AWARE of this BROKER GUY. Check the RC with the photo. So people ready to accept the Cheating pls go here.

I went to this place today to enquire for a car. The attitude of the owner was like he has directly jumped from heaven! He was just looking at his phone giving no answer here. Worst service! I just walked out!

Good customer service.The manager here was approachable.Delayed a bit than said because of some procedures.Bought a Toyota corolla altis yesterday.The car was nice and smooth and the history of records was well maintained.
