Worst service by the staff. Responds to nothing. Our whole family, my mother grandfather, grandmother, literally use titan since ages and we have never had this experience anywhere. I became a doctor now and wanted to get my first Titan Raga after becoming a Doctor and i regret the experience here. I definitely trust the brand and right now on my way to another titan world nearby. But this experience and service is very very poor! He was so lazy to answer and show us with such a straight face. Highly disappointed.

Mr. Hameed was very helpful and the store has a wide variety of watches. Walked in to purchase a watch for 3k but ended up with a purchase of 25k

Recently I have visited the titian showroom at karapakkam.i am so glad to say they service and one of the staff name is Hameed is very gentle and warm welcome to us and is service was excellent.thanks

Lot of collections. All latest collections available with multiple brands and cost is high. Rest designs and models are really good. Cost effective.

Worst service from staff. They are not able to say if the product I ordered has come or not. Rather they made me call 2-3 times to check. I also asked the owner number to complaint so that he knows but the staff was not sharing and asked to call me again on a different time. I was enquiring with Senbagaraman from that shop i think.
