I have recently joined here for weight gain... The Trainer is friendly and he gives proper guidance... in a month i have gained 2kg in a healthy manner... He gives proper diet plan to follow...being a girl i really felt comfortable and safe in the gym.

The gym trainer is extensively trained and commits individualized attention to each client. Equipped with latest workout gear and equipments. It offers a great environment for fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, there are biweekly outdoor activities such as trekking and planned outdoor games.

I joined here recently and I'm having a fantastic experience at Helios fitness studio, Madurai! The trainers and seniors are incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel comfortable and confident during my workout. The gym is well-equipped and super clean, and the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. I really appreciate the personalized attention and encouragement they are providing me with. The best part is, Alternative weeks they organize trekking to places in and around Madurai. Today we trekked to samanar hills. Being with like minded people helps you grow in a positive way. It was an wonderfull gym to work out and the ambiance was very neat and clean,and music makes our workout efficient. And also our Vicky master is very friendly and nice with make easy to learn the workout easily and fast to get into the correct workout posture .... Has good ambience and lighting... To the conclusion "it's great "

Excellent Gym in the neighbourhood. Never seen such a trainer individually training all the clients. Gym has a very good vibe that pushes you to go there daily.
